The File Squeezer provides file compression services for PDF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG files. We process your files to reduce their size while attempting to maintain acceptable quality.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Files uploaded to our service:

• Are processed on our servers temporarily for the sole purpose of compression
• Are not stored permanently - all files are automatically deleted after processing or within 24 hours
• Are not accessed by humans under normal circumstances
• Are not shared with third parties

We collect minimal usage data, including IP addresses and basic analytics, to improve our service and prevent abuse.

4. User Obligations

When using our service, you agree:

• Not to upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Not to upload illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material that you don't have permission to modify
• Not to attempt to disrupt or overload our service
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

The File Squeezer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Quality degradation in compressed files
• Any data loss or file corruption during the compression process
• Temporary service unavailability
• Any consequence of using compressed files in your workflows

We recommend always keeping backup copies of your original files.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your files. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the compression service to you.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calicut, India.
